BOXE: Monday and Wednesday at 19:30 to 20:30 

KICK BOXING: Tuesday and Thursday at 19:00 to 20:00

MMA: Tuesday and Thursday at 19:00 to 21:00

GRAPPLING: Tuesday and Thursday at 20:00 to 21:00 

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU : Tuesday and Thursday at 18:00 to 19:00

TAEKWONDO : Monday, Wednesday and Friday 1st round at 17:00 to 18:00 and 

2st round at 18:00 to 19:00

JUDO: Tuesday and Thursday at 17:00 to 18:00

NOTE: Kapap Lotar, Krav Maga, Kick Boxing, MMA, Grappling, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu courses are held directly by the Master Giulio Colella. The other courses are taught by many qualified teachers and martial arts experts.
